1. Our Core Privacy Philosophy
Caregiving is a personal and sensitive responsibility. We believe the tools you use to assist with caregiving should remain entirely private.

Care Tracker is built as a local-only application. We do not require accounts, password creation, or email registration.
2. Data Storage
All information you input into the application—including mileage logs, patient details, visit duration, and expenditures—is saved directly on your own device.
Because your data remains local:
- No data is transmitted, processed, or backed up to remote servers by us.
- We cannot access, restore, or retrieve your data if your device is lost or broken.
- All database operations occur offline, without any network traffic.
3. Information We Process
We do not track your activity, locations, or usage. The only information processed externally is strictly limited to verifying your active subscription status for billing and purchase processing.
4. Device Permissions
Care Tracker may request local storage permissions to allow you to perform manual backup procedures:
- File Backup & Restore: Used only if you choose to export your records for safekeeping or import them back into the application.
- No Location Tracking: The app does not request or track your GPS coordinates. Mileage logs are generated purely by manual entry.
5. Data Control & Retention
You retain total command over your information:
- Deleting Data: You can clear all logs at any time from the app settings page.
- App Uninstallation: Uninstalling the application from your device will permanently delete all stored records.
